No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Pretzel Bars
These easy, fast and no-bake protein bars are perfect for snacking in between meals!

Ingredients
- 10cups rice krispies
- 4tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 12tbsp Jif Peanut Powder
- 1cup water
- 12tbsp agave nectar
- 2tbsp roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 6 mini pretzel twists, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Add half of the rice krispies to a blender or food processor, and pulse 3-4 times. Pour into a large bowl and up any large pieces with your fingers. Repeat with the other half of rice krispies.
- Add the vanilla protein powder to the bowl, and stir until evenly distributed.
- In a small pot, add the Jif Peanut Powder, water and agave nectar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, for about 3 minutes until it begins to boil.
- Boil for another 15-20 seconds before pouring over the rice krispies dry mixture.
- Stir with the spatula until all of the dry ingredients are incorporated well.
- Pour the rice krispies mixture into the prepared pan, and carefully press down and flatten the top with the spatula. Sprinkle the roasted almonds and pretzels over top, pressing each down into the rice krispies mixture.
- Cut into 12 bars.
